Welcome to On Center Conditioning! I hope and trust that this will be the first step towards a life changing experience. The Pilates method is far more than an exercise routine just as On Center Conditioning is far more than just a studio. I have had the pleasure of witnessing and being part of peoples journey towards well being, and have seen the most profound changes before my eyes.

I have brought to this center 25 years of experience in the teaching profession and the study of the works of Joseph Pilates, and as importantly, a lifetime of experience in the science and art of human movement. On Center Conditioning was one of two of the original studios in Orange County and has been serving the community for over ten years. It has always set the standard for excellence in the industry and has served as the training ground for many fine teachers. The center has served as the headquarters for Body Arts and Science International, a teacher training and certification program taught worldwide.
