It has the full compliment of Pilates equipment plus many other apparatus that is popularly used by therapists and trainers to compliment the Pilates equipment. It is often erroneously thought that Pilates is only one piece of equipment – the Reformer. In fact there is a wide range of apparatus each with it’s own specific array of exercises, often hundreds.
